Santi Resort & Spa, Luang Prabang

The hotel property is visually stunning, located amidst beautiful rice fields, but unfortunately, the overall experience fell short due to overpriced services and unfriendly staff. While the Wi-Fi was reliable, the food and services offered at inflated prices made our stay less enjoyable. The inconsistency of the staff regarding information and the condition of the facilities were also notable downsides.

The Santi Resort in Luang Prabang is set in a beautiful location surrounded by picturesque rice fields and mountains, offering a peaceful retreat. The large rooms and clean grounds are definite highlights, and the spa provides a wonderful experience. However, I faced issues with noisy neighbors during the night and inconsistent service during breakfast, which detracted from my overall enjoyment of the stay.
